Real Estate Services was opened in 1994 as a property management company with a limited client base.  As Real Estate opportunities accelerated in Commercial and Residential Investment business, Real Estate Services expanded to serve our clients as they invested in new properties. Thru the years the company has gained prominence due to the high-quality and effective services we are committed to provide.

Our business has grown from the best advertisement "Word of Mouth".  Referrals given to us weekly from Real Estate Agents for potential property owners looking to fill their properties, have grown our business!

1. We manage each property as though it is ours. We are very prudent in every part of the leasing process. We thoroughly screen applicants to avoid future tenant problems. Our screening of each potential tenant is a fine screen to include credit reports and if needed criminal report.
