Who is Real Estate Services (RES)?

Real Estate Services was opened in 1994 by the owner, John Corcoran as a property management company with a limited client base.  As Real Estate opportunities accelerated in Commercial and Residential Investment business, Real Estate Services expanded to serve our clients as they invested in new properties. Thru the years the company has gained prominence due to the high-quality and effective services we are committed to provide.

Our business has grown from the best advertisement "Word of Mouth".  Referrals given to us weekly from Real Estate Agents for potential property owners looking to fill their properties, have grown our business!

Why Real Estate Services (RES)?

1. We manage each property as though it is ours. We are very prudent in every part of the leasing process. We thoroughly screen applicants to avoid future tenant problems. Our screening of each potential tenant is a fine screen to include credit reports and if needed criminal report.
2. We are held to a different standard. As Realtors, our entire business is done with all parties in mind with fairness for all. Our integrity is what we base our daily decision making on.
3. We are Pro-Active. Our focus is to promote our client properties to get the most income for the client and the best qualified tenants in order to minimize the risk for the client.
4. Our relationship with RE/Max allows us to promote all -properties to 1000 + Real Estate agents daily via email. In the past 5 years, these agents have accounted for producing over 350 clients to fill vacant properties.
5. Linda Miller is the newest addition to RES. With 10 years of property management experience; she brings the final polish to the RES banner. Linda is a problem solver, a leader in the industry, a great communicator and has a heart felt desire to assist all parties to create a WIN-WIN situation. She is a hands on property manager and is responsible for the day to day operation of RES.
6. We are most interested in growing our business over the next 10 years, becoming the largest and most reputable Property Management and Real Estate Service Provider Company in Kootenai County.
